Who qualifies
We take on a limited number of Pilots per quarter - typically two to three, governed by engineering capacity. Selection is by application. We do not take Pilots from pre-revenue startups, research projects, or organisations without executive alignment.
You're a fit if you have
- Established business with existing revenue upwards of $0.5 million
- Mandate for adopting AI
- 60-90 minutes per week of team time during the Pilot
- Clearly identified problem space, or several options for Week 0 prioritisation
- Serious consideration of a long-term engagement if the Pilot succeeds
Frequently asked questions
How many Pilots do you run per quarter?
Typically two to three, governed by engineering capacity. When the quarter is full, we offer a waiting list or defer applications to the next cycle.
Do you work with startups?
Only with revenue-generating businesses. For pre-revenue startups, we can have a conversation, but the Pilot model is not the right fit.
What if our problem is not well-scoped?
That is what Week 0 is for. Bring us the messy version and we will help you pick the highest-value problem to build against.
What is your IP policy?
Everything we build is yours. Source code, models, agents, pipelines, and documentation. If we part ways after the Pilot, everything comes with you.
Where is our data stored?
EU clients use EU regions, typically AWS Frankfurt or Dublin. US clients use US regions, typically AWS Virginia or Oregon. Data is never mixed or used for training.
What about compliance?
We design for GDPR requirements by default, align delivery controls with SOC 2 practices, and support HIPAA-ready deployments. A DPA is available for every engagement.
