The challenge

Parkinson's disease management suffers from a disconnect between clinical measurements and the lived reality of patients and caregivers.

Tilosia set out to build one wearable, designed with patient and caregiver together in mind, that tells the whole story: motor function, cognitive function, medication adherence, and quality-of-life impact.

02

What we built

  • iOS and Android applications for patients and caregivers
  • Wearable integration capturing continuous motor-function data
  • Assessment modules for cognitive function correlated with motor data
  • Medication adherence, reminders, and journaling
  • Reporting interfaces for patients, caregivers, and clinical review
  • Human-centric design tuned for tremor, cognitive load, and reduced dexterity
03

How we built it

TremCare is a product where design is the clinical intervention. Every screen was iterated with patients and caregivers on real devices under real symptom conditions.

Because this is healthcare software, we shipped with traceability, accessibility, and a clear regulatory posture.

04

The outcome

TremCare gives patients and caregivers a credible alternative to multiple devices, forgotten symptoms, and complicated diaries.

It produces continuous longitudinal data that clinicians have historically had to infer from snapshots.
